Blueberry Boost Smoothie Bowl

Here is another decadent and delicious smoothie bowl which only requires 5 ingredients! The blueberry boost smoothie bowl is energy-boosting, nutritious and perfect for breakfast! This recipe is vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free.

  • Serves: 1
  • Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 Frozen apple
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1T Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk

Toppings:

  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • A sprinkle of muesli

Method:

  1. Place your frozen fruit and almond milk in a food processor, blend until the fruit has completely broken down and formed a creamy consistency.
  2. Add the almond butter and blend until combined.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your desired toppings (I chose bananas, blueberries and muesli).
