Strawberry & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Here is another heavenly smoothie bowl guaranteed to make your mouth water! The combination of strawberries and peanut butter makes this smoothie irresistibly creamy, sweet and refreshing! This smoothie bowl only requires 5 simple ingredients to make the most divine concoction that will satisfy your sweet tooth! This recipe is  vegan, gluten free and sugar free.

  • Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

Smoothie:

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1T Peanut butter
  • 2t Honey/maple syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Toppings:

  • Banana
  • Coconut shavings
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Mixed Fruit and Nut Muesli (recipe on blog)

Method:

  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your desired toppings.
