Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

There is nothing better than waking up to spoonfuls of creamy, cinnamon-spiced oats paired with the crunch of sweet green apples! These overnight oats contains an abundance of healthy, plant-based and delicious ingredients that mirrors the heavenly taste of an apple pie! This recipe takes only 5 minutes to prepare and can be enjoyed the following morning.

  • Serves: 1
  • Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Apple, 1/2 grated and 1/2 chopped
  • 1t Peanut/Almond milk
  • 1t Cinnamon
  • 1t Honey/maple syrup
  • A handful of raisins and dried cranberries.

Method: 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar (with a lid) and store in the fridge overnight.
  2. Remove from the fridge in the morning and enjoy!
