Chocolate & Blueberry Post-workout Smoothie

There is nothing better than an explosion of blueberries and chocolate to refuel your muscles after a strenuous workout! This heavenly concoction only contain healthy plant-based protein such as hemp powder, chia seeds, peanut/almond butter and almond milk! In addition, this smoothie is in abundance of delicious superfoods such as spinach, cacao powder and maca powder to boost your energy levels! This post-workout smoothie only requires a handful of ingredients and can be whipped up in under 5 minutes!

  • Serves: 1
  • Preparation: 5 minutes


  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • A large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1T Cacao powder
  • 1t Maca powder
  • 1T Peanut butter
  • 1T Hemp powder
  • 1T Chia seeds
  • 1T Honey/maple syrup


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
